I am sure there is a simple answer to my question but I have not been able to find it.
I am trying to enter my blog in the marketplace. I have purchased OIO publisher.
When asked for:
You must upload the OIOpublisher Direct Plugin before proceeding. Then enter the full URL to the plugin purchase.php page.
(This is not very clear about what is being asked for and there is no help)
I enter http://www.MYBLOG/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/purchase.php
I get an error message:
No Cheating Please!
If adding a plugin url, it must match the link url entered!
Please Try Again
I'm not cheating! (I don't particularly like that message!)
What should I be entering?
Thanks!

Heh, I forgot about the existence of that message.
Ok, what happens is that when you enter a plugin url, the script does a domain match check against what you enter in the URL field.
Example:
I enter http://www.test.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/purchase.php as the plugin url
I enter http://www.test.com/blog/ in the URL field (the blog home page)
The script will take the URL field, and break it down to the main domain (in this case test.com), and check to make sure test.com appears in the plugin url. If it doesn't, then the script assumes you are 'cheating', since the domains don't match.
What exactly did you enter in the plugin url, and URL submission fields?
Thanks for your reply!
OK, that took care of one problem. I was forgetting a minor little detail. The .com in the plugin url. :)
So, I got past that.
Here is a copy/paste of exactly what I have entered.
plugin url
http://www.mycfoonthego.com/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/purchase.php
blog home page url
http://www.mycfoonthego.com/
new error message
The URL could not be validated.
For some reason it doesn't like the www in your url. It should work if using:
Yea! That worked. Thanks for your help.

I have the same issue. No matter what I put, it doesn't work. It keeps saying plugin is not validated. What's that suppose to mean?
Plugin Url: http://myname.com/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/purchase.php
My Url: http://myname.com/ or http://myname.com (neither work!)
Nevermind, I just left the plugin url blank and it went through fine.
I added the plugin URL to your listing manually when approving it. I also made a quick tweak to the verification function.
Thank you ;-)
i experience the same. SImon. can you just add my plugin url after approval.. i can't add it..
it goes something like this: http://www.niessuh.com/wp-content/plugins/ads/purchase.php
No problem, added during approval.
everything is now ok.. :D love the plugin.
