    Hi! I just bought OIOpublisher (PayPal Transaction ID 02D50826W3367235U).

    However, the zip file seems to be broken! For the life of me I can't open it with any of my archiving programs including WinZIP. I keep getting the message "Cannot open file, it does not appear to be a valid archive. If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again."

    Can you help?

    Hi Phil,

    Have you tried using the windows (I'm assuming that is what you are using?) native zip extraction utility? I've never had a problem with it when dealing with OIO downloads.

    If that doesn't work, I can zip up / send you the files manually. The download zips up the files on the fly (depending on the configuration chosen), so it's possible there is a conflict with the zip tools you've been using.
