    Hi - I recently had an advertiser request that stats be disabled (because they wanted the direct link appearing instead of via redirect). However, I'd rather not disable the Stats Module entirely and lose stats for everything.

    So it would be fantastic if I could simply disable stats for specific ads.

    Cheers!

    That's actually already possible.

    If you go to the "Purchases" section of the admin area, then search for the appropriate ad, you can click the "edit" link next to any purchase and set the Stats Tracking option to "no".

    Hello,

    I was wondering how can i stop showing stats link to all my customers?
    It would be nice that i would be the only one who can see the stats until my site has more traffic and lot more clicks on the banner zones.

    It's a little bit messy, but you can do it:

    Open the "include/functions.php" file and search for a function called "oiopub_email_placeholder". Inside that function, find the code below:

    //add stats link?
    if($user->method == "approve" && $oiopub_module->tracker == 1 && $oiopub_set->tracker['enabled'] == 1) {
    if(in_array($user->item_channel, array( 2,3,5 ))) {
    $oiopub_mail_extras .= "\n\n";
    $oiopub_mail_extras .= __oio("Once your ad is live, you can also view stats at any time using the link below") . ":";
    $oiopub_mail_extras .= "\n\n";
    $oiopub_mail_extras .= $oiopub_set->plugin_url . "/stats.php?rand=" . $user->rand_id;
    }
    }

    Then comment out that code, using the following format:

    /*
    <!-- the code above would be here -->
    */

    Commenting that code out will stop any stats links from being sent in emails. You'll need to remember to remove the comment when you want to show users their stats though.
