Couldn't help but notice that the day I installed the OIO plugin for Wordpress on my blog (www.mobilestance.com) my search traffic plummeted 75% and has yet to recover.
Has anyone else experienced this? What might be causing this?
Please let me know.

I haven't heard of anyone having problems in that area - it would be extremely prusumptuous for a search engine to do something like that in any case, given that the default setup is search engine friendly (all nofollow etc):

How long has it been happening for?
It's been happening for just a week now.
I'm really only using OIO to rotate house ads on my blog (overkill, i know - but your interface is great so i didn't mind spending the $37).
I switched NoFollow off b/c the ads are all house ads... should I switch it to "yes" or "no" ?
Take a look at the page here: mobilestance.com

Switching it to yes will at least ensure that all advertisements are nofollowed, so then search engines can have no complaints - you're playing 100% by (their) rules then.
even for house ads?
Well, if they are images or links, they will be nofollowed. HTML ads (such as adsense) won't / don't need to be.
