    Hi Simon.

    v.2.04

    In Settings:

"Require approval before purchase" - is set to: NO

    1)Client purchase a banner.

2)Client enters coupon code (which covers the banner cost)and click Purchase.

    3)Client receive 1st email:
    Cost: 15.00 USD
    Title: Banner Ad, Zone 2 - 30-Days
Your Banner Ad will be reviewed shortly, and you will be notified when this has happened.

4)5 min later Client receive second email:
    Cost: -15.00 USD
    Title: Banner Ad, Zone 2 - 30-Days
If you have not already done so, you will need to make a payment by going to the URL below, before your Banner Ad will be published:

As you see this is totally wrong.

1st. In the settings, is set to NO an approval before purchase.
2nd. with the coupon, the banner PAID (free) - why client receive email to instruct to pay?
(the " - " (-15.00) is easily missed and why does it asking to make payment?
3rd. The banner does not display - and when is paid/free - (payment completed) - it should display automatically.

Unless admin manually approves the banner....it won't display.

    What is the fix?

    Fred

    Hi.
    Anyone have an answer?

Plus - If there is no payment due...it should say Cost: $0.0 (not: -15.00)
And when is nothing due - why is the email telling the customer to make payment?

How do I fix this... It's needs to be fixed.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Thanks

I'll look into it this evening, to see why the wrong email was sent after the coupon was entered.

I've just realised the "Require approval before purchase" text is a bit mis-leading. If you select 'no', the purchase still needs to be approved, but they can pay before it has been approved. I'll update the wording on that.

    Hi Simon.
    Thanks for your reply.

Can you also check it it's either paid / or it's free becouse a coupon code -
if nothing due to say: $0.0
    Not -$15

It's important, so the email is clear to clients.

    Thanks
    Wait to hear from you.

Quick question - had you approved the ad before the customer received the 2nd email (with the wrong price on it)?

Emails are only triggered when an action is performed (e.g. ad submitted or approved). If that is the case, then actually I think the only issue is down to the price appearing incorrectly, which I'll check out shortly.

No I believe I approved it after the second email. (which was about 5 min after the first)

I've just put in a quick hack to remove the payment line from the 2nd email (the "ad approved" email), so that if the final price is less than or equal to zero:

1.) The price will read 0.00 (rather than a negative number, if the coupon is larger than the price).

2.) The payment request / link is no longer present.

The only file updated is "include/functions.php" (in the stable release).

How do I add an extra field?
I need to add Zip Code field to the purchase form.

    Thanks
