An advertiser wanted to use an animated .gif on my blog -- and they have a link on the backend -- but it doesn't seem to "attach" to the animated .gif. Help!

Are you saying that the advertiser has uploaded a banner ad, but that the image isn't appearing on the site when ads are shown?

Could you post the link here?

It's the "cat tower ad" appearing on the lower portion of the page -- the animated .gif appears but it won't link.

    TIA!

Ah ok, that's not actually a gif - it's a flash banner ad.

By the looks of it, the flash banner doesn't support clickTAG (the standard method for making flash ads clickable), which is why it can't be clicked on. That's something you'll need to ask the advertiser / flash banner creator about that, as OIO can't do anything without clickTAG support.
