This may have been mentioned before, but I just wanted to mention that when you create a description for a purchase, like custom or banner, if you use quotes, when you save it it escapes it with a backslash (that display on the actual purchase pages), and each time you update the description it adds a new backslash. If you save it three times, items with quotes are surrounded by 3 backslashes...
