OK, so this is a little complicated. For some reason I can't use the normal purchase url of the plugin (perhaps because I am using a translation plugin) but anyway http://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/purchase.php/ is normally forwarded to http://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/purchase.php?do=post?lang=en.

When someone clicks on the link ( http://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/payment.php?rand=s-6oYPO7O2dGsent) in an email for an expiring ad (default message) it gets forwarded to http://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/purchase.php/ which is a blank page?!

This is the url which works to put in a purchase code:
    http://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/payment.php?lang=enrand=s-6oYPO7O2dG

    Various questions:
    1. How can I set up the forwarding?
    2. If I key in the code 's-6oYPO7O2dG' it says 'No payment information for this purchase code available! '
    3. Why doesn't it refer to the original purchase code in the default email eg it just says this: "You can renew your Custom Purchase by clicking on the url below:

http://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/payment.php?rand=s-6oYPO7O2dG". Is the buyer supposed to guess the code from the url?
    4. Why can't admin see any expired ads and renew them on behalf of the client?

    Thx.

    Project Admin

It sounds as though something - such as the translation plugin - is doing something odd with the urls. OIO doesn't do any of that itself.

Note the / on the end of purchase.php in some of the examples you gave, which probably causes the blank pages, as well as payment details not being found etc.

The first thing is therefore to see what's causing it. I'd start off by disabling other plugins and seeing what makes a difference.

P.S. admins can see expired ads and renew them via the admin area. Go to the "Ad purchases" section, click on the ad type and then select expired ads from the drop-down menu (the default is active).
