I'm having problems with adsense not showing up on the blog. I have set up banners in 2 zones. When I manually input a banner purchase through the control panel everything works fine. But when I put the adsense code in the "Ad Code" box instead of using the banner URL and website URL in their perspective boxes the asdense ads do not show up on the blog.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
When you insert the adsense code, and view the ad zone, does it show up in the source code?
As the new version is very near to completion, and I'm currently going through testing everything, what I'll do is to make sure it works in that version (rather that divert time to debugging a potential problem in the current version).
It does not appear that it is on the source code.
Thanks
Jim
Simon,
I'm installing a new Affiliate site and I have the same problem as jvmarket.
I'm using v2.07 and I have Adsense in two zones, both are not showing in the source code but I can see the reserved space for these zones on my blog. Real strange...
My other zones are working perfectly.

Do you have any suggestions??
Cheers

PS. the Adsense should be appearing between the top menu and my header and below the posts on the third page (first is static).
Out of interest, how you were inserting them? Was it as a default banner ad, or a purchased ad (using the ad code section of the admin editor)?
I'm actually re-writing the output section to use lists instead of divs, so I'm going through all of the zone display options. So far I've tested adsense with the new banner output code - both as a default and purchased ad - without any issues, and should have it finished in a day or 2.
It was purchased with a subscription. I'll Try the default banner tonight.
I don't know if it's relevant but i don't have the API Key installed.
The API Key won't make any difference - it doesn't affect ad management. Let me know if it works with default ads.
The defaults ads didn't make a difference, still no adsense.
Then I tried the code directly in the php's to see if I might have done something wrong with the code and I copied to code directly above the the OIO code and this is what happened.
The OIO suddenly appeared and its the bottom ad, both are exactly the same code...

Strange hé???
EDIT: P.S. For now I’ll keep it this way. This is a permanent ad, so don’t worry about it. If you want to look into this and you want to have a look at my blog and the php’s and css files, drop me an email and I’ll make a temp account for you.
