Hi,
An advertiser recently e-mailed me indicating he received the stats, however, the stats indicated that over the past few weeks there were 0 impressions?
How do I go about getting the stats to work properly?
Hmmm....the usual cause is that the theme doesn't have <?php wp_footer(); ?> in the footer file.
Providing that's in place, the module is enabled in the Stats Tracker admin page, and you're using the latest version (1.62) then the stats should work correctly. If it still doesn't work, I'd recommend re-uploading the tracker module from the site.
