So I set OIO up to calculate 200EC to $1 so my ad should cost 2000ec per month. Right now its costing 2ec even though its set up for 200ec to $1

I then changed it so it was 20000ec and now its costing 20ec per month... I then thought maybe i should change it to 2000000ec but guess what? it went back to 2ec!

Whats going on? How do i fix this?

    Right now it has
If you select EntreCard as a payment option, the credit value set is x200 the USD value.

    But thats wrong...

We had a very early issue with values of over 1000 credits (right after release). It was corrected in a bug fix version. If you over-write the plugin files with the latest download (2.04), it should calculate things correctly.

More info about bug fixes can be found below...

Ah you are here Lee lol

I did upgrade but still got the error. However, I haven't actually re-confirmed the EC values after the upgrade. Will wait until someone buys my ad again next week

If it persists with the latest version (2.04 or above), then it means there is a server configuration you guys are using that will require a work-around for the code that takes a cash payment and turns it into an EC payment.

I'll need some FTP details from someone in that case, since it would be impossible to debug without a server that behaves in the same way as yours.

I'm using WP-SuperCache plug-in. Not sure if that is causing the problem..

Do you have a certain information that you want to grab for debugging? (instead of giving you a full access to our server)

There's no information you could give me at this stage that would help I'm afraid. It doesn't seem to be a widespread problem, so the only way I could see what was going on is by looking at the code in question on your particular setup.

I suppose it's worth disabling supercache and trying a test purchase initially though, as it could be a factor. You could also go as far as disabling all plugins for a test purchase.
