    On this url I have set a Banner Ad at 960x280 but it actually appears on the page at 960x960.

    My 250 x 250 ad in the sidebar appears as 194x194

    The 125x125 ads in the sidebar are the only ones that are rendering the right size.

    What could be causing this?

    Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately I can't tell enough from the screencast alone. If I can get access to the HTML itself to have a play around, I can investigate for you.

    It's down to the way OIO displays single ads (to try and make them responsive automatically). The size is fluid (with a max set), based on the size of the containing element.

    In the case of the top ad (zone 3), the banner image being used is a different size to the dimensions set, so OIO is resizing it to fit most appropriately. For the sidebar ad (zone 2), the container seems to be narrower than the width of the zone.

    In both cases, forcing the width / height via css should resolve it:

    #oio-banner-3 img {
    height: 280px !important;
    }
    #oio-banner-2 {
    width: 250px !important;
    }
