    I have an Ad zone created for the footer on my site. Although the Ad size is defined as 728x90, the actual visible Ad appears about 200x25. It's quite tiny.
    I've posted other Ad sizes in that same area, and they display in their correct sizes. Even large ones.
    When I place this same script for that specific Ad Zone in other places on the pages, it displays properly, in the right size.
    What could be the problem with the footer? Could the Footer not allow 728 wide? Any ideas?

    Yes, it is related to your footer. There's some css that says the footer widget is 25% of the width of the page. OIO ads are fluid, meaning they will only take up as much space as is available (to work with responsive sites).

    If you were to change the css to allow wider footer widgets, then the OIO ad would take up more space. This is the current css:

    .footer-sidebar .widget {
    -webkit-box-sizing: border-box;
    -moz-box-sizing: border-box;
    box-sizing: border-box;
    float: left;
    padding: 0 30px;
    width: 25%;
    }

    Hi, Simon. I'm actually seeing the same problem and confirmed that my widget is already set to a max of 1200px. Changing to 100% didn't help. The interesting thing is that if I remove the widget title, the banner disappears (actually, it's probably 1px wide) but if I add a bunch of a;lejfadl;jf;jajajafl;akja characters to the widget title, the banner starts to expand out to towards the 970px width it should be.

    If I disable fluid, the banner fully displays but obviously runs off the page on mobile devices or wider than 970px.

    I've sent an email to the theme developer mentioning the same thing but wanted to mention it to you as well if you might have any ideas.

    Thanks much.

    Regards,
    Kory

    I've tried following the example from this thread:

    http://forum.oiopublisher.com/discussion/3335/javascript-bug-is-breaking-sidebar/

    as well as tried formatting the CSS and also tried using a PHP and JavaScript entry into a text widget based on the following link but to no avail:

    http://forum.oiopublisher.com/discussion/520/customising-the-ad-manager/#Item_5

    The theme developer suggested using a text based widget with the following code:

    <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.vadrinks.org/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/purchase.php?do=banner&zone=10" title="Advertise Here"><img width="970" height="90" border="0" src="http://www.vadrinks.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/advertise-970x901.jpg" alt="Advertise Here" /></a>

    Obviously, this won't make the banner slot dynamic, e.g. I don't believe customer banners would immediately display after purchasing.

    I also tried adding the following code into the overall theme's CSS file but to no avail:

    .sidebar-ad-a {
    display: block;
    max-width: 100%; !important;
    text-align: center;
    margin: 0 auto;
    padding: 25px 0;
    background: #FFF;
    border-bottom: 1px solid rgba(0,0,0,0.1);
    }

    Do you have any other suggestions, Simon? This is the only thing holding me up from launching the site.

    Thanks much.

    Regards,
    Kory

    Do you have a demo link I could view, to see what the issue might be?

    Thanks for replying, Simon. The site isn't live yet but if you change your local hosts file to the following, you'll be able to see it:

    45.63.18.117 vadrinks.org
    45.63.18.117 www.vadrinks.org

    You'll see if you expand the browser window out, the banner section under the menu shrinks. However, if you make the window smaller, the menu turns into responsive mobile mode, like it should, and the banner size adjusts accordingly like it should.

    Regards,
    Kory
