    Hi there,

    I need a help. I want to release a RSS newsletter and inside it I was wondering to have some random banners provided by OIO system.

    What 'code' do I have to use in order to include the OIO banner inside the newsletter HTML to make it working on?

    If you use OIO's "inline ads" feature, there is a setting that allows you to show ads within the RSS feed itself (assuming you are using WordPress). Is that the kind of thing you were looking for?

    Yes I'm using WP and a email system like Mailchimp. Thus I have a html code and between the news I need to have the random banners inside our newsletter.

    Which kind of code I could use in order to grab our banners and use them?

    All my best,

    I see, so you want to place the code in MailChimp?

    OIO doesn't really support ad delivery in newsletters, but assuming you're using the latest version of OIO (v2.60) you can try the following code:

    <a href="http://yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/email.php?mode=link&zone=1&index=0">
    <img src="http://yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/oiopub-direct/email.php?mode=image&zone=1&index=0" alt="" />
    </a>

    This would take the first ad (index=0) in banner zone 1 (zone=1) and display it as an image with clickable link. So you could setup an ad zone for the newsletter and then place different ads in it. By varying the index number, you can control which ad from the zone is displayed.
