I upgraded to 2.6 but still have problem

getting mixed content error messages and display issues in Firefox because Adzone won't save the img src - it keeps reverting to http:// instead of https://

(I am adding https to the Javascript Output Code: )

    <img src="http://i.shareasale... was entered as <img src="https://i.shareasale...

this happens to both the Image and the HTML ad types

I looked at http://forum.oiopublisher.com/discussion/3422/was-loaded-over-https-but-requested-an-insecure-stylesheet/ - might be related not sure

I also have another issue with rel="nofollow" not working but starting another thread for that

    please advise

When did you update, exactly? Would you be able to link me to your site so I can have a look?

Hi - I upgraded to 2.60 shortly before posting this thread.

If you want to see a site that is displaying banner ads you can see them at https://attorneyspress.com/ --

the odd part is that some of the img src URL were originally entered and saved as HTTPS - and while looking at the adzone ad it reads http, the images being served from cloudinary are https. but ad images that come from shareasale saved as https, but now display in adzone as http, and are served as http.

    confusing

    oops...

if I make sure the ad manager site for the adzone is https instead of http then adzone display of the img src is https (if admin is http it changes img src to http) never seen anything like that before...

I do use https version of the oio script though - so still clueless why some of the banners keep getting served as http...

I'm going to go into the database and make sure that version is edited to https -

this is fixable in the database

what I think happened, and something users might want to be aware of, is that I was logged into admin under http and the img src reverted to http even though it was written as https - and the http version is what was inserted into the database

so, if going to be serving https images (and you should), need to make sure admin is https

no idea why it does that - whether wordpress or oio - but the solution is found

    regards,

Thanks for the heads up. I'll test OIO specifically to see if it is playing a part, although I don't think it should be.
