Notably, I'd like to brand the Purchase page and Affiliate page. What do you suggest as the best way to have them incorporated in pages using my blog's theme and favicon? Is there a recommended way of creating a dedicated page for each in WP and then including the OIO code dynamically? Will that break anything in the Purchase or Affiliate process?
For the purchase page, there is an option to let you redirect the advertiser to a Wordpress page (where you can list all the purchase options etc), and you then link onto the purchase page.
Apart from that, branding would have to be done within the current code itself (ie. by editing the purchase templates). It would be nice to have it fully integrated into a Wordpress page at some point, but I'd have to do some more research into it.
